Environmental Photo Contest

Join the MD4 Lions and Leos in showcasing your commitment to the environment

through original photography. Capture moments that reflect our dedication to improving

and preserving the natural world around us.

Categories:

• Core Environmental – Stunning landscapes, wildlife, and natural wonders

• Human Connection – Volunteers, cleanup efforts, or local green initiatives

• Special Focus or Technical – Aerial perspectives on environmental beauty or

destruction

• Wildlife –Any wildlife in its natural habitat

Rules:

• Photos should be original, unaltered, and taken by the individual submitting the photo.

• Photos should be printed on high-quality photo paper and measure 8” x 10”.

• All photographers accept responsibility for the cost of all photos.

• Only one submission per club per category will be accepted. (Leo & Lions Clubs

count individually)

• Photos must be taken during the current Lion year and submitted by Feb 1st, 2026.

• Photos will be judged impartially based on originality, artistic merit, and technical

quality.

• Voting will take place at the MD4 Convention in Long Beach February 20th and 21st

.

Winners will be announced February 21st during the Saturday night awards ceremony

Include your name, Club name, District, and a brief description of the photo.

Again, photos must be received by Lion Nichole Muller, MD4 Environmental

Chairperson no later than February 1st, 2026 via mail.
