Budget & Finance Request Form (The deadline for turning in the form will be Monday, August 17th. This will give the committee some time to review the requests before the August COG. There will not be interviews with the committees as we have done in the past; if a committee wishes for an in person meeting, we should be able to schedule an hour for those requests sometime during the August COG.)
