    Whether you're a Lion considering a leadership role, a current club leader, or a district leader aiming to enhance your skills, this Institute is designed for you. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of leadership, helping you better serve your club, district, and community. The training provides valuable tools and resources to help your clubs thrive and succeed in today’s dynamic environment. Team-building exercises with fellow Lions will also be a key component of the experience. Ultimately, the Institute will strengthen your leadership abilities and expand your knowledge of Lions Club International.

    Lodging and Meals 

    The $400 fee (no refunds after January 6, 2025) covers the Institute, meals, and lodging from Thursday, January 23rd to 1 PM Sunday, January 26th. A credit card will be required for check-in for incidentals. All meals will be provided at the Institute location, including plated breakfasts and lunches on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with dinners on Friday and Saturday. Beverages will be available at each meal.

    Damage, Smoking, and Cleaning Fee

    You will be held responsible for any damage to your hotel room or smoking in your room. If such incidents are discovered during or after your stay, you will incur a fee for repairs. The hotel is smoke-free, and smoking inside the hotel or room will result in an additional charge, along with fees for any necessary cleaning.

Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI)

Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI)

  • Prepare Lions and Leos for leadership at the club level (those who have not yet served as Lions club president)

  • Special sessions only available through the ELLI

    • Change management

  • Structured 3-day learning curriculum

  • Grant recipients are eligible to receive additional funds when Leos are included in their ELLI.
