Vice District Governor Training

The Vice District Governor (VDG) Training Programs are designed to equip vice district governors with the essential knowledge and leadership skills needed to excel in their roles. These programs prepare participants to effectively fulfill their responsibilities, achieve district goals, implement action plans, and work collaboratively as part of the district governor team. By completing this training, vice district governors will be well-prepared to support both their district and Lions International.

Regional Lions Leadership Institute

Lions and Leos who are ready to lead with purpose and impact will gain valuable skills through the Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI). This program empowers participants to build strong, effective teams, keep members engaged and motivated, support Lions International’s global priorities, and address challenges through empathetic communication.

The RLLI is organized locally by regional leaders, providing a tailored experience that meets the unique needs of each district or multiple district.

Eligible Lions and Leos:

• Are in good standing and eager to contribute to district or multiple district initiatives.

• Are ready to pursue leadership roles at the club, zone, district, or multiple district levels.
